Shipping policy

TDYP ships worldwide. All orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped within 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise in the product description. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international custom issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All shipments are accompanied with a packing list. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the based on the most efficient delivery for each order. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/ore brokerage feed in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All california residents will incur sales tax as set by the state of california and/or the county to which your delivery will be shipped.

TDYP is not responsible for any lost,stoeln, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package to open an investigation. TDYP will not replace any packages.
